Hey guys, welcome to the Real Life podcast. Today on the Satisfied series, I am so excited

because my dearest friend, Kristen Adams, is on to join me to talk all about laughter

and to have fun and how to bring that into our homes. She is one of my favorite people.

She lives in Indiana and we get to hang out once in a while and she's just so fun to be around,

just lights up the room, brings so much joy and just welcome spirit into the room that she comes

into and so I've learned so much from her about how to be a good mom and a wife and how to have

laughter and joy and I really look up to her and admire her in so many ways. So I am just so thrilled

that she is here today. It is such an honor to have you on, Kristen.

Thank you. Okay, so hey, for those that don't know you or maybe aren't as familiar,

can you just intro yourself of where you guys live, what your families like and what you guys do

for a living? It's still weird to hear someone say that I live in Indiana because we've been here

about five years and I love Indiana but I'm a Texas girl. I grew up in Texas, lived there till I

was about 20 and then I went to California for 15 years where I met my husband Danny and what took

me out there was a little show called American Idol. So back in the day you got to get in a time
