Hey guys, welcome to the Real Life podcast. I am so excited today for our special

Satisfied series to have my dearest friend Julie Cannon on and I just asked her to come on

and talk about grief and the hope in it. Before we go into today's podcast though,

I just want to tell you a little about this special woman. She is one of my dearest friends.

She is like one of my favorite people so funny, but she also is just the most warm,

welcoming presence to be around. I kind of, we joke, I kind of see her as Oprah where you get

to come and sit on her couch and all of a sudden like you're just sharing everything and she meets you

with such hope and kindness and compassion and empathy. And so it is such an honor to be able to

have her on today and for you guys to get the honor of listening to her and her story.
