Hey guys, welcome to the Real Life podcast, the Special Satisfied series. Today is a day that I have

been looking forward to all month long. My dear friend, Alisa Keaton is on. She, oh my gosh,

she's amazing. She pretty much will change your life. But besides what she does, she is a

wellness instructor, but she is a woman who loves Jesus, who loves the Word of God, who is doing a

unique thing in the kingdom where she's bringing so much freedom and transformation and her

ministry, her gifts that she brings to the kingdom has radically helped me transform me,

broken chains for me. She runs revelation wellness organization for healthy living and part of

the thing that she does, she does so much within that is doing workouts. And the first time I did one

of her workouts, I, most of the times, I do one of your workouts. I am left just weeping, but like a

really, really freeing, transforming weeping where I get to know my savior, our savior in a new way

and see how he sees me. And so I just adore this woman. I am so excited that you get to hear
