Now this is where runners unite and I'm Jenny Faulkner.

I've been running, I'd say, my entire adult life.

I think I started around the age of 20, so quite a while ago.

You might also have run as long

as you can remember, or perhaps you're a newbie, took up in COVID or more recently, perhaps for a

challenge, maybe to boost your fitness, maybe for another reason. Well, someone who has joined the

running community in the last couple of years is someone, we probably know more

as a high-powered business executive. She's one of the dragons on Dragon's Den. She has a new TV show

actually about weddings coming as well. She's a mum. She's blooming busy the entire time,

but somehow still has time to squeeze in a run. It is of course Sarah Davis.

What an introduction. Well, I mean, you do quite a lot.

It's quite difficult. How do you fit everything in?

Do you know, what is that saying? If you want a job doing, give it to a busy person.

had the kids as well. I used to think before I had kids, I could just work all the hours that God
