| 1:10.8 | so that you sit down to just be reaffing tap into something too quickly, |
| 1:16.6 | so that you sit down to just be with yourself as you are, to discover how you are. |

| 1:26.6 | scared life, full life, scared life, angry life, to view ourselves, our world partially, |
| 1:37.3 | to only be connected to part of who we are, and to enter into samadhi really want to be connected to all of who we are because samadhi is a process |
| 1:52.9 | of unification. It's a process of gathering ourselves together so that all parts of who we are can be |
