But first some news. It's not bad news, but it is news, and that is drum roll.

This version of Recode Media, which I've been making since February 2016, that is nearly eight years, is coming to an end.

Some of you may have seen on social media last week.

I am heading over to Business Insider. We're going to blog about tech and media and business stuff.

That will be fun. And the plan is to bring this podcast with a new name over to Morning Brew,

which like Business Insiders, owned by Axel Springer. So that will be a change, but like I said,

that's not bad. It's just a change. And for you, the people who like to listen to this podcast

really shouldn't be much of a change at all. That's because Jim Bankoff, who runs Vox Media,

is letting me bring the feed for this show with me to my new home. So if you're subscribed to this

Anyway, regardless, if you subscribe to this show, all you got to do to listen to the new show is
