Welcome to slow more. Welcome to slow more. Welcome back in 2021 when I was doing the tour of Scary Smart I sort of felt a little bit of a sense of urgency. I think a lot of people

realize why that is now, with AI being really the central topic of conversation around many things and scary smart was

predicting a lot of what's happening right now and asking for a call to action so I

really pushed myself when I was publishing that book. I did, if I remember correctly, a series of 25

podcasts in less than two weeks, one after the next after the next and basically there were days where two or three

podcast recordings where I was the guest would pop up in my calendar and I would

show up and start to have a conversation and some of those conversations went really far.

You know the Stephen Bartlett Podcast for example was extremely successful several millions of downloads

and it was the most shared

podcast globally in the entire world back in 2022.

Lots of memorable conversation happened

within those two weeks period.

But one very specific podcast actually stood out in my mind because I didn't pre-plan any of this.

My calendar would tell me to show up at some place or a

Zoom call and I would show up and there I am and in front of me is a very

very flamboyant, very artistic, clearly queer, a host that actually was hosting the one of the top 100 shows in spirituality in the US,

which is a podcast called sassy spirituality.

And sassy spirituality is basically a spiritual show talking about spiritual topics and I was very surprised and I

think the host was as surprised and yet we had the most incredible conversation ever, a conversation that went back and forth between AI and
