I've been thinking of you and wondering how you're really doing. Life can be really hard sometimes, and if that's you right now, I just want you to know you're not alone.

Some of you know that I've recently started a new full-time job as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner. It's meaningful work and it's been taking a lot of my time and energy, but even on the busiest days, I still find myself thinking about you, this community, and what you might be going through.

Take a moment to settle your body and when you're ready let's make a start.

Sit down or lie down comfortably and when you're ready we will begin let your hands land wherever they want to land.
