Summary

It is just as important to set goals within your team and for your employees, as it is to have goals for your business, your family, and yourself as the CEO. My question to you is: are you setting goals for your team so that they can evolve with the company? Are you cultivating a positive environment for your team to grow and thrive?

It can be a rollercoaster to get the right people in the right roles within your organization, but when you finally have them: your next goal becomes retention.

In this episode we discuss:

  • Creating emotional safety within your organization
  • The importance of recovery time
  • How operational excellence and systems create more freedom and flexibility
