Hello everybody and welcome back to Truth Injustice. This is your Friday

Follow episode for season 9 episode 16. In this week's episode I had the very

talented Chris Lambert on the show. He is the host of your own backyard podcast where he has

launched an investigation into the disappearance of Kristen Smart. The podcast was great. Chris is great.

And I really enjoyed my conversation with him. I'm joining the studio today of course by Mr. Mike

Bussing. Hey, and Mr. Zach Weaver. Hey guys. And I know Zach's got a phone full of notes and we

got questions from you guys. So, right after the break we'll go and get started. All right, Mike,

before we get into listener questions I can see that Zach has his phone open with a series of

notes on it. So, Zach, why don't we go ahead and get into the questions you have or the thoughts

you have first before we get into these questions. So, one of my biggest questions isn't totally

about this case, but it's brought up a lot in this case is the cadaver dogs. Okay. And I think

there's a lot of listeners that ask questions about the cadaver dogs, which is I'm interested

about just I don't fully understand how they work. Now, I know it picks up decomposition of a

human body, but do you have any idea of like how quickly that that begins to happen or how quickly

they can pick up a scent or how long that would last? Yeah, sort of. I mean, I don't know that there's

specifics out there on it. I think, but I've studied not so much cadaver dogs, but other scent dogs

before through my work at the Fire Department of Work Research and Rescue Dogs. And even hunting

there's like deer tracking dogs, which that is that one is really impressive because the assumption

would be, so say someone shoots a deer and it runs off and they're trying to find it and they

they lose the trail and can't find the deer and they'll bring in these these dogs. And you know,
