Before we begin, I have to thank so many of you that got in touch with me after last week's episode with

Adele and Kate. Lots of you messaged me on Instagram and emails as well saying

how much you enjoyed it. So I'm so thrilled that you did. I just yeah loved chatting to them and I'm so pleased

that you enjoyed that conversation as well. And this week I have another fantastic episode to share with you with Daph James who is a playwright and a performer and many many things and most recently they have written an incredible show Lost Boys and Fairies.

Oh it's a story of two gay guys adopting but it's so much more than that. It's about their journey as gay men in the world, about homophobia, it's about the

generational trauma of the AIDS crisis. It's about so many things and I don't

listen to the episode. I don't want to butcher what it's about. Listen to the episode with DAF

but let me just tell you I absolutely adored the series so I can't recommend it enough

Right we're going to get to that conversation in just a minute as ever I have some emails to share with you.

Dear Susie, I wanted to send a quick message to say how pleased I am that the podcast is back and how much I enjoyed the first two episodes of this series.

I found myself agreeing aloud with Zach Polinsky episode one and the episode made me feel

hopeful about the future obviously there's lots of work to be done but knowing that we have

four green MPs in Parliament

has given me so much hope and so much joy.

And it makes me feel like we've really turned a page.

I also loved last week's episode with Kate and Adele. Their story isn't a world away from my

wife and I and it was wonderful to hear their journey of enduring love. As soon as I finish, I

texted my wife Emma saying, you have to listen to this week's out and she responded by saying I've just finished it I was just about to text you their story is so much like ours.

We love your stand-up and your podcasts. Thanks for sharing your humour and your queer joy with the world. It does us all good. All best Molly.
