podcast I have someone to talk to but with these it is just you so I'd never

really know how to start and look I'll tell you there's always one that I've

done that I've deleted. This is always the second go, and I would say that's true

I don't know if my voice sounds a bit funny, if it does, it's because I am having a real moment with

hay fever and it's a moment that I'm not loving as a vibe.

I'm not into it. I looked like I was having a real breakdown yesterday at the park and look I'll be honest in some ways I was

but it really was the hay fever more than anything else. My eyes were streaming. I was very, very snotty. I didn't stop sneezing. I would say I sneezed a hundred times yesterday. Is that normal? If there's a doctor please get in touch what can I do?

But if I sound a bit scratchy, that's why. But don't worry. It's only for the intro.

When I interviewed the brilliant Danny Bird, I was in fine fettle, so don't you worry.
