Hey there, Earth Rangers. Oh, it's a warm, beautiful day where I am. It's a

dab in the middle of a misty marshland in southern Louisiana.

I'm right where I love to be, ankle deep in mud, with the sun peeking at me through the clouds.

Oh, smelling the grass in the air and feeling a slight warm rain on my face.

Leisure's the best.

You might remember we just wrapped up a fig-filled adventure in Turkey,

where we learned how fig trees and tiny wasps have one of the coolest relationships in nature.

And now I'm on my way to Mexico, where I'll be following some very familiar

feathered friends, Canadian geese, as they migrate back home. But I found myself here in a Louisiana

swamp because I needed a little break, Earth Rangers. I'm doing a pause, or what some travelers might
