That's Russia in the war with Ukraine these

many years. And I note that the FT in these last days, Anatole, ran an item that I found surprising.

But there it is, that Vladimir Putin, president of the Russian Federation, spends a great deal of his time, if not most of his time, in bunkers, different bunkers, where they've reproduced his desk and office the way it looks in the Kremlin so that he can broadcast or perform remotely from any one of his bunkers, I guess.
