I'm John Bachelor. This is Bob Zimmerman's Behind the Black Mystery Theater. Bob, there's a story about

Louisiana. The story includes SpaceX. I'm extremely compelled to solve this mystery. Good

evening to you, Bob. Good evening, John. Yes, it's a mystery. This is pure speculation, but it's based on good homework.

So we can play with it a little bit.

A real estate agent in southern Louisiana did a great deal of research about rumors that are going on in his local area that suggests that SpaceX has or is about to acquire

approximately 136,000 acres of land of coastal Louisiana, west of New Orleans and about in the

center of the state.

That's about, that's a 200-mile plus square patch of land.

It's big.

And he points out that compare that to Boca Chica, which has a footprint of about 100 acres.

This is 136,000 acres.

Now, he's done his research extensively, and so he thinks it looks like SpaceX is the

purchaser of this plot of land. The plot is owned by Exxon, and it's not going to use the land,

apparently, it wants to sell. And so he looked into all the research and all the rumors and all the

people who have been contacted,

and he issued this for a very detailed report about what he thinks is happening.

And he thinks SpaceX is considering buying this land or is buying it.

And it's thinking of using it for a variety of reasons. One, build data centers on this location because it wants to build data centers,

manufacture satellites, because remember it wants to build data centers, manufacture satellites, because

remember it wants to do a million satellite constellation for these data centers, build starship

super heavy possibly. The location is right on the intercoastal waterway. And so shipping

Starship Super Heavy to both Boca and to Cape Canaveral would make sense.
