I welcome Professor Richard Epstein of the Civitas Institute, teaches law at NYU in the University of Chicago, writing most recently at Civitas Outlook about Senator Sanders and his negative opinion of artificial intelligence in the workplace and in the culture.

Professor, a very good evening to you. I read from your very careful recitation of these events, a letter written by Senator Sanders. He proposes a federal moratorium on data

center construction. He proposes that data centers consume water in excess of their conduct. He proposes that data centers consume water in excess of their conduct.

He proposes that the loss of jobs will be legion.

The number moves.

Sometimes it's as high as 50 million.

Sometimes it's 5 million.

I don't know.

And he goes on at great length to say that there must be a new study for data centers.

There must be a new study for artificial intelligence.

There are other voices, but Bernie Sanders commands a great deal of respect among the young voters in America who are looking to a different future than if we build it, they will come.
