The California primary system is imminent and it is different than everyone else's. It's called a jungle primary. What does that mean, Jeff?

The jungle primary takes the two top vote getters in the primary for the final general election,

which usually comes in November.

And so, you know, for years, this has really benefited Democrats.

But now it could end up being the sword they fall on because the top two people for the last few weeks have been Republicans because there have been so many Democrats pulling votes from each other.
