This is John Batchler, a conversation with my colleague Conrad Black about Mark Carney, the Prime Minister of Canada, at a liberal gathering convention every year. His party called the Liberals. One more time going to the idea that he's facing down America, Churchillian facing down America, fighting America. Conrad explains. Also, it's an old
