The question is, do people, young people especially, Gen X and millennials,

now moving into positions of authority and the defense and security part of the U.S.

government, do they understand the extreme risk of a nuclear weapon to human beings?

And that using it on a battlefield does not answer the question, is this a weapon of war, a weapon of terror,

the end of the story, a cruelty beyond understanding, what he is the education value for nuclear

weapons for the younger people who command the future? Peter answers, and especially with regard Russia and China, is Peter.

I can answer that quite simply, is that those military and civilian folks deeply amassed in the

nuclear business understand how serious the use of a nuclear weapon would be.

However, very few other people do.
