Fire season, not yet, but the cycle is in place.

I would say there's concern that we may be heading into some dry months after a fairly wet winter.

What happens is if we have these wet winters,

it causes lots of,

lots of plants and, you know, lots of flora to bloom. And, and that, when that dies out, that becomes

fuel. And so the concern is, what's going to happen if we get to fall or late summer,

and these are all dead, and we haven't had any moisture over the

summer, we could be looking at a tough fire season. I don't know if that's something you can count on

quite yet, but of course, what's happened over the past few years, especially in L.A. County,
