This is John Batchel, the head of the Social Democratic Party of Germany. Lars Klingbile is speaking out of school about reform, and one reform that seems logical,

and you didn't know it hadn't happened before, is that it is very difficult to fire people in

Germany.

It's a lifetime job, is the understanding.
