the Keystone State about a pastry business, a pop-up cart in a mall that does extremely good business these days.

Maybe he always has.

Jim has befriended the cellar, and her husband is the French chef, and they fill the case with under $10 pastries.

Here, Jim describes them.

Also, the question is, why are they selling so well, given the anxiety right now in the world?

Well, maybe that's why.

Yeah, I think it's an economic reason. I think people are pinching pennies, but they want an instant gratification. And you can get one of these pastries for under $10. And they're substantial. They're not,

they're not like the fragments of food you get when you're actually in Paris.

What are they filled with?

Do they have jam inside?

Some of them have, I wouldn't call it jam.

It's a concoction of raspberries.

It's so rich.

It's jam-like, but it's much richer than jam that comes in a jar.

It just screams at you through the case. I mean, it's not, it doesn't only tickle your taste buds,

but it's visually so attractive. And they sell everything? Yes, the woman who runs the

stand told me that she's almost become, she's better than AI when it comes to determining how much

inventory to put out in a given day.

And they have a lot of inventory.

It's not scant.
