Well, John, this is called the butterfly bridge. It has a few other names, but it's a bridge in

Southern California in Agoria Hills, which is just

north of the L.A. County line. It's a very nice suburban area set among the hillsides there,

and Santa Monica Mountains are right there. And they decided several years ago to go ahead

and install a bridge over the 101 freeway, which is a major north-south

traffic artery.

And the idea that they pushed was, well, this will allow animals to cross from one side

of the hills and the mountains to the other.

They don't have to worry about the traffic.

We don't have the roadkill problems.

cars hitting things like deer and mountain lions, those types of things. So, you know, it got a

pretty warm reception early, plus they got some funding from a private source, but this mostly
