Well, they're not all encampments, Mr. Mayor.

Yeah, I think also compounding his problem is that he's appointing people for the

most part with perhaps the sole exception really of Jessica Tisch's police commissioner who were

untried, untested, and again, in the same ideological vein where they have no idea what they're doing.
