I mentioned that we're told the hospitals are no longer receiving the wounded because they're fearful of retaliation by the

besiege. That's a militia, part of the IRGC. We're also told that there are elements of the

Hezbollah Brigade from Iraq and the Hezbollah of Lebanon in Tehran

and perhaps other cities.
