This is CBSI on the world. Bill Rajos here. I'm John Batchel. We're discussing the terror events of these last days.

The dots are on the map. We don't connect them all. It's impossible. It's fog of war again. But we do have ISIS

turning up in at least two of the occasions. The murder of

U.S. personnel and their colleagues in Syria while dining and the murder of right now 15

Australians, 16, if you count the shooter, claim of ISIS for the two shooters.

None of this is fixed.

I mentioned that we, Bill, Rajo and I have been working for years to impress upon ourselves as the first audience, and everybody else is the second audience.

The first three reports are wrong.

That's a general guide to how you

deal with these matters. Not only do not jump to conclusions, don't even let the word conclusion

anywhere into the house, but ISIS does come up repeatedly whenever there's an extreme act of

horror. Bill, the ISIS shooters in Australia claiming allegiance

to ISIS. What does that mean, Bill? Is that something you do in the backyard? Does ISIS have to

connect to you on the computer? What do we know about claiming allegiance to ISIS? Yeah, the reports are,

and I, you know, to keep in mind, this is still preliminary,

are that they swore allegiance to the Islamic State or ISIS just prior to conducting their

attacks.

We've seen this in numerous attacks in Europe, in the United States, and throughout the

world.

Sometimes they are in touch with

ISIS, usually propagandists or ideologues. Think of the Fort Hood shooter, Nadal Hassan,

going way back. I think that was 2009, if I recall. He was in touch with Anwar Lahuahaki for al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula's main ideological leader.
