Do I workout enough? Do I workout too much? Am I doing the RIGHT types of movements or the right amount of intensity? The truth is- answering the question of “am I overdoing it” is really personal. Do YOU feel like you are? Is your body breaking down, do you lack energy? Is working out becoming a mental drain? We often will look around and ask anyone besides ourselves if we are healthy or not… when only WE live in our bodies.Of course there are physical health markers, but today we are talking about all encompassing health… Body, Mind, and Spirit. Do you feel healthy? The only person that can answer that is you.
