He is clearly a man with vision, and he wants the Americas freed of bad actors. Caracas gets all the attention, but there are other bad actors across the region who are,

who are in retreat. I'm led to believe they're in a retreat.

Argentina, the Kirchner's are in retreat.

Chile, the communists are in retreat.

Ecuador, the gangsters are in retreat.

Caracas, we've already mentioned.
