The technology behind the scenes is essentially what we refer to as a personal language model.

You know, when we started the company three years ago, the development of large language model was known.

But my co-founder and CTO, Sharon Zong, she told me that to truly achieve what you're trying to achieve,

you cannot start with a large language model because fundamentally we need to ground

this data in small amounts of data which belongs to an individual.

So we actually start with something called a long-term memory, long-term memory of every person.

And this memory is time-bound, like similar to how our lives are.

As you go by your life, historically or continuously, we create this like memory units,

a unit of data.
