Hey guys.

And this week we covered the testimony, well really the evolution of Danny Martinez' story.

From his original eyewitness account to his statements to his interviews along the way,

the police lineups, all the way up to his final version of events at Jamie Snow's trial.

And I know for myself I can say that I came away from, I don't want to say the episode,

because I was writing it, but as I was researching and writing,

I came away from the Danny Martinez issue, believing that he is absolutely full of it.

I don't believe a word that he said in the stand.

And listeners seem to mostly agree with me from what I've seen,

but Mike's got a whole list of questions there.

At the end of this episode today, we also have a special guest, Mr. George Powell,

from our season 4 case, who one week ago today,

we're recording this Wednesday, was finally released from prison on bond for the first time in almost 11 years.
