1:18.8	charges were denied in 2012 due to a lack of evidence.

1:26.2	in the exact same situation. They didn't find anything to help them build their case against Sandy.
1:31.8	But the fact of the matter is that Sandy was charged, arrested, and indicted.
1:36.4	Then she was taken a trial and convicted a few years later. I want to know what exactly
1:42.1	went on with the investigation over those 19 months. What did the lead investigator discover?
