Hello everybody and welcome back to Truth and Justice. This is your Friday

episode of Fox in the Handhouse.

This week's episode we covered point of error number three in Sandy's most

recently filed appealed brief which cited some alleged jury misconduct.

We did two things during the episode number one. We broke down the alleged

misconduct which involved an experiment that was performed or multiple

experiments performed by the jurors and in the jury room against the judges

orders and also these as it was stated in the appealed brief these were

experiments that evaded the crucible of cross examination then in the second

half of the episode we talked about some strange goings on between the jury

foreman and the prosecutor calling Barnett and that's I'm sure based on social

media is what everybody really wants to talk about so we'll answer a lot of

those questions but then I also really want to make sure that we cycle back

to talking about the main the actual point of error from the appeal brief which

is the experiments that were performed in the deliberation room.

So all that being said let's go ahead and let's get started.
