0:53.4	broke down dr. Catherine Penares trial testimony and i think we got a
0:58.2	pretty good insight into the differences between reading these reports and
1:02.0	the raw facts and how that information translates to trial and it was a
1:06.2	pretty good battle of which when it came to Penares testimony or net did a
1:09.6	good job of crafting her narrative using the facts included in the report
1:13.5	and maxi crest trying to ship that narrative back the other way i think
1:17.2	that they both scored some points but in my opinion at the end of the day
1:21.0	the prosecution definitely won that battle mostly due to the fact that i
1:24.6	think that they probably convinced the jury that there was only one night
1:28.0	using the attack even though that's not necessarily what the evidence
1:31.5	indicates and they also convinced the jury that the bindings on Jim's
1:36.1	ankles were applied after death and that one was huge i disagree with that
1:41.3	wholeheartedly even more so now that i researched it and studied it more
