In 2013, we were going to fire this kid because he had screwed something up royally.

But we had to do the whole process.

So we were like, okay, we're going to put him on an action plan and start giving him training

and see if we can turn him around, which we ended up doing.

But I said, hey, build that thing that I built at Quiznos, like I needed a project for him.

You know, build that audit platform I built at Quiznos, but let's build it for daily checklists. And so he did. And we threw it up on LinkedIn and

which which called. And they were like, hey, we want to buy this. And I'm like, well, it's kind of a

thought experiment right now. And I was like, I could build it for you for like 60 grand. And they're like, eh, I'm Tommy Inolus, and I am one of the co-founders here at Ops Analytica.

Tommy Anolus has a traditional tech founder story via hotel, restaurant, and stand-up comedy route.

But in all seriousness, his dad was literally a rocket scientist,

and his mom was a software engineer.

Tommy diverted away from tech initially and did the restaurant thing

before jumping headfirst into stand-up comedy,

doing it for 10 years alongside several hospitality businesses.
