Hello everybody and welcome back to Truth and Justice.

This is your Friday Follow of Episode for Episode 529, the case against Jason Baldwin.

As you guys all heard in this week's episode, there was very little case against Jason.

The prosecution had to rely heavily on the testimony of Michael Carson and would eventually turn

out to be very flawed scientific analysis of fibers that were found at the crime scene.

Then lastly, the implication that the so-called lake knife was directly related to the murders

of Stevie Michael and Christopher.

But as you heard and as noted on the jurors' charts for deliberations, the biggest thing,

the thing that had the check mark on it, the biggest item on their list, was simply the

fact that Damien Eccles and Jason Baldwin were best friends.

So with that being said, I'm sure we don't have too many questions, but we'll get right

into it.

Okay Bob, our first question comes from Michael.

Did Jason Baldwin ever deny confessing in jail?

If not, do you think it's possible he admitted doing what he did in graphic detail to create

the persona of being a bad, mean quote, MFR in jail?

Jason Baldwin has adamantly denied ever confessing to anyone and had he actually confessed

to Michael Carson, that would be the only person ever claiming that Jason did anything

other than maintain his innocence.

In fact, even later, other inmates that were in prison at the same time, some of the

people that were mentioned by Michael Carson on the stand said that they don't believe
