Lisa Frattini was in severe pain when an MRI showed an abnormality that scared her to death. As I know from experience, seeing a significant problem inside one’s body and hearing about a dark prognosis from a physician can really rock your world. 0:22.4	conversation with Lisa Fratini. She is a wonderful human who I've had the privilege to get to know
0:29.9	through our membership community where we meet virtually, through attendance at our omega
0:35.2	retreats. And just being in the space of her is a breath of fresh air.
0:42.1	And my favorite thing about the breath of fresh air that all of you guys are that come on the
0:46.4	podcast is your stories about how it wasn't always like that. So we first decided to do this
0:52.8	pod when I was talking to Lisa about MRI results and how
0:57.0	it can be so confusing and so terrifying to see something on film or on MRI where you are scared.
1:08.3	You're not going to be able to live a normal life, you're not going to be able to have
1:11.3	the freedoms that you thought you would have, that you're going to be limited, that you're
1:16.9	broken, that you're alone. You know, there's so many things that can be translated from a test.
1:23.0	And of course, I am uniquely qualified to say this because I have had that experience where
1:30.6	my spondylolis thesis was deemed so significant that my whole life was supposed to change.
1:36.9	And of course, that's not what happened for me.
1:40.7	And so when Lisa and I got to talking about it, she was telling me how years ago she got a very terrifying
1:47.2	MRI result and was certain that that was going to be the path that her life was defined by.
