Once you get to some sort of scale in terms of the number of customers you have, they will tell you what the problems are and they will continue to educate you about what problems are important.

All you have to be good at is listening.

And a lot of time talking to your customers, listening to what their pain points are, what are they willing to pay to solve.

And if you do that really well your roadmap rights itself

even today our planning process 95% of it is almost exclusively just coming straight from what our

customers are telling us we are not ever sitting there and saying what should we work on next like

what is the problem we should solve?

Théjo-Kote grew up in southern India. He came from an academic intellectual family.

Both of his grandfathers were authors, and in the house, they had built up a large library.

But not just a few books here and there.

Thayjo grew up with 3,500 books in his house.

These were a combination of everything, but with a lot of reference and historical books.

And if he's honest, Thayjo didn't appreciate it really until he got older.

However, no one appreciated it when it was time to move. He was influenced a lot by what he was

reading and watching, which he noted allowed him to learn from the experiences of others.
