Summary

Lady, are you ready? It's the holiday season 2019 edition. How do you usually feel around the holidays? For some of us, it is not the time of joy and merriment that seems to emanate from everything around us. In this episode, Terri and Dom give us some important signs to look for if we are experiencing the holiday blues. They also provide us with six healthy coping strategies and give examples of what it looks like in real life. Of course, infused throughout the episode Dom and Terri share with us some of their fond (and not so fond) holiday memories. Make sure to join in the conversation on social media and share with us what you’re grateful for and any of your holiday memories that may help someone else experiencing the holiday blues.
