This year, we want to spend a few minutes with you every day walking through our study, Christ and all of Scripture.

Each week we will dive deeply into two passages of Scripture, one from the Old Testament and one from the New,

0:15.0

seeing how they connect and point to Jesus.

Whether you are doing the study yourself or just following along with us here, we are

0:21.7

hopeful that through studying these passages each week, you will see how Christ is not only present

1:17.1

by my sin. He has always been in control. And one day he's going to return and set all things right

1:23.5

and enact his perfect justice and reign. So as I endure all that life throws at me and I struggle

1:30.8

with control and wanting to be in control and not being in control, I can do this knowing that the

1:36.7

lion of Judah is the one who actually is in control. And I can look to him as the slain lamb who

1:42.7

demonstrated his great compassion through dying on my behalf.

1:46.3

Yeah, I love that. So much of my overwhelm and anxiety comes from a lack of control,
