0:31.7	Hey friends, welcome back to a year in the Bible. I'm Alexa and I'm here with my wonderful co-host,
0:35.8	Beth. Hey, everyone. This week,
0:37.9	we have studied Habakkuk 2-4 in Romans 1, 16 through 17. And we have learned that Christ gives
0:43.2	believers his righteousness by faith. So we now want to wrap up this week by sharing our
0:47.9	application takeaways. Alexa, how do you plan on applying this week's passages? Yeah, well,
0:53.4	just briefly, Paul's words of not
0:55.4	being ashamed of the gospel are really convicting, but I feel like I've talked about my struggles
0:59.3	with during the gospel the past few weeks. So I think what I mainly want to share is that this
1:04.2	week really encouraged me to have more faith in my circumstances, especially the hard circumstances.
1:10.2	That might seem really simple, but I think it can be
1:12.6	pretty hard sometimes to have faith and to trust God and what he's doing when our circumstances
1:17.7	aren't good, especially if those circumstances are really, really not good. My husband and I are in a
1:24.0	season of waiting right now, and it's really easy for my faith to waver during this time.
1:28.3	And so I can understand to a degree the reaction of Habakkuk and Habakkuk when he questions God and what he's doing.
1:35.8	I find myself often questioning God's goodness and why he's making us wait.
