0:33.2	the Bible. My name is Alexa, and I'm joined with my co-host, Beth. Hi, friends. Today we are diving into week four of Christ and all of scripture.
0:41.4	For day one, we're looking closely at Genesis 315. Alexa, do you want to share how this
0:46.1	annotation day went for you? Yeah, you know, this one was a little tricky for me. And I think
0:51.2	what was tricky about it was that I didn't have a whole lot to note for the first
0:55.6	two prompts in particular. Putting myself in the shoes of someone who maybe is new to the Bible
1:01.9	or is new to the study of scripture, I think finding Jesus in this passage is a little
1:07.9	hard, which again, that chart on pages 20 through 21 is just really helpful.
1:15.2	So after spending some time reading over the passage and taking a look at that chart,
1:20.3	I noted a couple things.
1:22.3	The first is that this is a promise from God and we know that all of God's promises are
1:26.5	fulfilled through Christ.
1:28.0	So when thinking about the offspring in this passage, we can conclude that Jesus is the promised
1:33.5	offspring who will crush the head of the person being addressed in this passage.
1:38.1	Oh yeah. I love that reminder that God's promises are all fulfilled in Christ. That's incredibly
