And we're going to discuss how Jesus brings us rest. Today we are talking about our annotations on

Joshua 21 43 through 45, which says, so the Lord gave Israel all the land

i really enjoyed annotating this passage to start i'll share the words or phrases that i thought pointed to christ. First, I highlighted the word rest in verse 44, because it reminded me of Matthew 11 where Jesus says, come to me all who are weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest. And then I also highlighted the last phrase of the passage, which is everything was fulfilled. Because it reminded me just the general theme of this study, which is that all things
