Lauren is going to be talking to us about debilitating insomnia, something

I am intimately familiar with, given my lifetime of on and off dancing with this fun

symptom, and for Lauren also withdrawal from benzodiazepines.

And that is something that I know many people struggle with.

They were prescribed benzos.

I would imagine, I'm just going to say by a well-meaning doctor, when they were either

super anxious, you know, just really struggling to function.

And I guess in the medical community, it has been uncertain how addictive and how difficult it is

to get off of these class of medications, benzodiazepines.
