0:10.2	Today, we are reading 2nd Corinthians 6 through 9 as we're highlighting Watermark CDC,
0:15.7	but more specifically the financial catalyst ministry.
0:18.8	And so I am joined by not one, but two guests. Here with me today
0:24.0	first is Mr. Jason Reed. Hi there, Emma. Jason, it's great to meet you. I'm so glad you're here,
0:29.6	and you brought somebody with you. Who's with us? Who else is with us today? My bride is here, Connie.
0:35.5	Hello. Connie, thanks for saying yes, both of you. Yes. Thanks for saying yes. Especially to me. Oh, yeah? Is this big for you? Her saying yes, 10 years ago, yes. It was very big. That's good. That's good. Jason, would you share just a little bit about what God has done in your life? Sure. I was fortunate to grow up in a very church-saturated environment, but what that ended up
0:59.4	meaning is that, you know, my faith was much more inherited than it was owned, and it was really
1:06.8	academic. You know, you could have put some sort of a Bible trivia quiz in front of me, and I
1:10.6	would have done really well. But in my early adulthood, we ended up having some really
1:16.0	rocky relational situations in my family. And that really forced me to confront how real my faith
1:24.2	was for myself. You know, a lot of what I had grown up around was kind of feeling shaky as I tried to navigate what was going on there in early adulthood.
1:34.6	Culminating and having gone to what's now region, then celebrate recovery, I really leaned into forgiveness, which was something that I had not done a very good job of.
1:43.3	And actually leaning into forgiveness
1:45.1	and obeying scripture there, I found a lot of freedom and a lot of restored relationships.
1:49.7	And if you were to look back at, you know, those same relationships that were rocky 15 years ago,
1:54.0	you would never guess that we had had a tough season. So the Lord was really faithful in restoring that.
1:59.6	Praise God. And what about you, Connie?
