| 1:24.2 | was for myself. You know, a lot of what I had grown up around was kind of feeling shaky as I tried to navigate what was going on there in early adulthood. |
| 1:34.6 | Culminating and having gone to what's now region, then celebrate recovery, I really leaned into forgiveness, which was something that I had not done a very good job of. |
