0:27.9	We have three big questions, so I'm thinking we just jump right in.

0:33.9	The first one, Paul says that the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but have divine
0:39.0	power to destroy strongholds. What does this mean in practice and day-to-day life for the
0:44.5	church and individual believers today?
0:47.0	First, it's important to note that we're in a war, that as Christians, we're battling
0:52.4	anti-Christian forces and our weapons and strategies are
0:55.6	aimed at exalting Christ. And so in this war, Paul says that we're destroying arguments, not people.
1:01.7	And so Paul's spiritual leadership was to bring people into obedience to God, not to strengthen
1:06.1	his hold over the Corinthians, but to strengthen their grip on the gospel, their faith.
1:11.7	And that's what we should do. I think this divine power our weapons have is restorative. It's aimed at bringing people
1:16.5	back into communion with God. And so the weapons we're using in this war, they're not of the flesh,
