Today, we are reading Psalm 31 through 36, and I'm joined in the podcast studio with faithful worship team member and Watermark staff team member.

It's Jeremy Jaquah. Hello. It's like the three for one

special. But you're here because all month long we're having members of the worship team and you serve on

the worship team. I do. But for those who don't know you, would you share a little bit about what God's

done in your life and then what you're up to today. Sure. So I've been at Watermark

for a little over 20 years. So forever, essentially. Long time. Yeah. Pretty close. Yeah. Lake Highlands

Days came to Watermark as an idiot 19 year old and got punched in the stomach with God's word

and God's people in the greatest way possible. But grew up in Oklahoma and grew up in

the church, but really didn't have any kind of understanding of what it really meant to follow Jesus.

So would have told you as a young kid, yeah, I believe those things. Like if you would have asked,

do you believe Jesus is the son of God? Do you

believe that he died for his? And I would have said yes, but there was no relationship there. There

was no lordship of Jesus over my life. And so became a Christian in ninth grade at a good old

Baptist summer camp where I really heard the gospel, presented in a really understood the weight of my sin for the

first time at that point.

Trust of Christ, really just like a true moment.

I mean, even talking about worship, it was during a worship song.

It just kind of like scales off the eyes.

All of this became very clear to me that, oh, I have not actually responded to this in a way
