Thanks for joining. Today, we are reading Psalm 24 through 30. And I am joined in the podcast studio by faithful watermark member, Brittany Estes.

Hey, Emma, how are you? So good. It is great to have you here in the studio. Thanks.

I'm so excited. This is my first time. First time. I love it. Brittany, you've been at Watermark

for nine years. Is that correct? Yes, nine years. Would you share about your journey?

Yeah. So I, nine years ago, I was at a super low point.

I think growing up, I would have said that I was a Christian, but as I have come to know the Lord,

I realized that I was, I've heard someone describe it as more of a fan than a follower.

And so I was just not walking with the Lord at that time and had kind of hit rock bottom.

A relationship ended.

I remember telling a friend like, man, I feel like damaged goods. And I feel like anyone worth having a relationship with,

whether it be a friend or anyone, is not going to want me. And so she invited me to the porch.

And in the Lord's perfect timing, they were teaching on Romans 8. And so I heard and understood

the gospel for the first time that night. And man, I was hooked. And so quickly pursued membership,

got plugged in. I was serving on kids worship for a while, served in K1 for a while, met my

husband. We did all the watermark pre-marriage offerings and just

love it. It's been so, so helpful to us. And now we occasionally serve in merge together. So fun.

Yes, because we are just, we just want to give back to the ministry that gave us so much. And then I

lead worship at re-engage occasionally. So yeah. Amazing.

Very fun. And your job here. Yes. And now you're on staff. Yes. It's so fun on our team.

Our leaders are typically, or like our directors are like, hey, do you feel like more of a member or an employee?

We want to make sure you always feel like a member first.
