And today we're continuing in our summer with the Psalms series with Psalm 37 through 42. And all month long

in this series, we're having members of our Watermark worship team on the podcast. And here with me

today is Robbie Vidrein. Hey, thanks for having me. I'm Robbie Vadrein, as you said, and I've been a

member of Watermarks. It's almost the very beginning, part of the worship team since then, so 2003 is when I joined the worship team.

I also serve at re-engage and have been in a lot of places around the church.

I'm this year celebrating my 34th wedding anniversary with my wonderful wife, great woman, Terry, and I have been following the

Lord since I was young, and he is transforming my mind and working out my salvation with fear

and trembling for me ever since. Well, Robbie, thanks for sharing a little bit of your story

with us today. And like we mentioned earlier, today we're in Psalm

37 through 42. And Robbie, it sounded like you had a little bit prepared for us from Psalm 37 right

away before we jump into what we would consider the main part of our podcast today. So just take us there,

Robbie. Yeah. So in 37, it almost could be a proverb. It's just filled with wisdom.

And so it reads more like a proverb than it does the psalm.

You don't have the poetry that you do in much of, especially David's writings.

But it just struck me how really all of these sections, but in 37 and 38, especially

as we'll get to, it just really is very applicable. It is not folklore. It's not a

mythology. It's something that is real. And this is somebody who was struggling in history

and came to these places where wisdom poured out. And so I'll just start out in 16 is a verse that
