0:32.0	Today we are studying Hebrews 9. As always you can follow

0:40.5	show notes. Have you ever found the Old Testament confusing? I know I have. The Old
0:46.0	Testament can sometimes be difficult to understand, especially when it comes to different laws and
0:50.6	temple rituals. Without proper context and comprehension,
0:54.6	we can tend to ignore those passages
0:56.5	and treat them as if they're unnecessary.
0:59.4	Regardless at the ease of understanding these passages,
1:02.0	the Old Testament is so necessary for our understanding of the full gospel.
1:07.4	He verse 9 takes the deep dive into how the Old Testament temple fully connects to
1:12.1	Jesus.
1:13.8	Yesterday we talked about how Jesus is a superior high priest
1:17.4	of a superior covenant.
1:19.5	The author used a lot of imagery
1:21.2	about the earthly tabernacle and how the earthly temple was a shadow of what was to come.
