So happy to have you with us today. Today I am back with my teen ambassador Kate

Welcome Kate. Thank you. Hi. Hello everybody. So happy to have Kate back and she is part of the intro because we are interviewing another teen today and it's very exciting because after Kate and I had our first conversation on the podcast which you may have heard

We got a really great response people were writing to us from all over the country all over the world

Saying I want my teen to be able to do this work.

And so we started to work together with some teens. I'm going to actually let Kate tell you because it's been really exciting and we have some news to introduce as well.

So Kate, why don't you tell us what happened, sort of leaving off from our last podcast?

Yes, I will and it is very exciting because soon after I was

on the last podcast we got together a little focus group of some of my friends from school who I thought would really

benefit from this work and we Nicole and I sat down with them and kind of just

explained to them the mind- medicine behind it, how to journal speak.

And they were very interested, very engaged.

They could really see how this practice would help them and that very night they all went off and did

their journal speak and came back to me with text messages like oh my god this is the most amazing thing ever I can't believe it like this is

insane this is like magic my friend who was there she immediately after this meeting

like sat in her car and did it and she's the one who said

she had daily headaches and stomach aches daily headaches and stomach aches.

So the immediate response to the journal speak was incredible and I was so excited as the weeks went on a little bit

I think Nicole and I both noticed some consistency challenges for teens.
